Booking Request
Please note that your reservation request must be reviewed and then confirmed. We will try to confirm your request within 1 business day. Just because the booking tool shows available runs, it DOES NOT mean than we necessarily have space. So please understand that booking online does not mean automatic approval of the booking!
We will no longer confirm online bookings without proof of vaccine records. If this is your first time boarding with us, please upload records to your dog's profile page in order to expedite your confirmation. If you email vaccine records it may take longer to confirm your booking.
Please plan pick ups and drop offs around holiday dates as we are no open on those days so our staff can enjoy some time off and we can concentrate on animal care during those busy times. 2023 Holidays include:
Memorial Day (May 29th), 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day (November 23rd, Christmas Day (December 25th), Labor Day (September 4th), and New Year’s Day (January 1).
Your boarding balance will be due at check out with the exception of bookings scheduled for 10 days or more or that total $500 or more. Those boookings will require a 50% deposit prior to drop off. We will email an invoice for the balance due the night prior to pick up. You may pay online or by cash or check when you arrive at the kennel to pick up your pet.
