Please note that your reservation request must be reviewed and then confirmed. We will try to confirm your request within 1 business day. Just because the booking tool shows available runs, it DOES NOT mean that we necessarily have space. So please understand that booking online does not mean automatic approval of the booking!
We will no longer confirm online bookings without proof of vaccine records. If this is your first time boarding with us, please upload records to your dog's profile page in order to expedite your confirmation. If you email vaccine records it may take longer to confirm your booking.
Please plan pick ups and drop offs around the holiday dates as we are NOT open on those days so we can concentrate on animal care during those very busy times.
Holidays include:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day
Your boarding balance will be due on the pick up day with the exception of bookings scheduled for 10 days or more or if the total $500 or more. Those bookings will require a 50% deposit prior to drop off. We will email an invoice for the balance due the night prior to pick up. You may pay online or by exact cash or check when you arrive at the kennel to pick up your pet.
