We will not allow bookings without proof of vaccine records. If this is your first time boarding with us, please email or bring in your vaccine records prior to your stay with us.
Please plan pick ups and drop offs around the holiday dates, as we are NOT open on those days, so we can concentrate on animal care during those very busy times.
Holidays include:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day
We do have a late check out policy that if your pet is not picked up by 11AM on pick up day - you will be charged for the entire day.
Your boarding balance will be due on pick up day. We accept cards, checks, or exact cash.
